singapore days 1 to 5 March 7, 2008
so i have been here 5 days, 6 days. and i’ve done the following -
-shopped orchard road ( big time shopping strip)
-visited Clarke Quay (big time club strip by the river – huge tourist attraction)
-visited & ate in Boat Quay (big time restaurant wheel-n-deal strip by the river … a $200 US dinner was about $15 per person for 5 people after we ‘bargained’ a 30% discount and a free pitcher (or jug) of beer and a bottle of wine!)
-visited Harry’s jazz bar in Boat Quay – live jazz music
-visited Crazy Elephant in Clarke Quay – again live music – seat by river.
